RICK KESTER BIOGRAPHY: RICK JOINED JOHNSON MEMORIAL HEALTH IN 2011 AS DIRECTOR OF ANCILLARY SERVICE. HE PREVIOUSLY SERVED AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL SERVICES AT RUSH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN RUSHVILLE, INDIANA. AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST BY TRAINING, HE SERVED IN CLINCAL ROLE WORKING IN PEDIATRICS AND STARTED HIS CAREER IN THE BURN UNIT AT WIHARD/ESKENAZI HOSPITAL IN INDIANAPOLIS

HE HOLDS A BACHELOR OF ARTS DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY FROM INDIANA UNIVERSITY AND MASTERS’S DEGREE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY FROM UNIVERSITY OF INIANAPOLIS. HE ALSO EARNED A MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT FROM WESTERN GOVERNORS’ UNIVERSITY. HE SERVES ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF FRANKLIN INDIANA AND IS JMH THE LIAISOM FOR CAMP ATTERBURY IN EDINBURG. RICK GREW UPON THE SOUTH SIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS BUT MOVED TO A FAMILY FARM IN FAYETTE COUNTY WHERE HE LIVES WITH HIS WIFE AND FOUR CHILDREN AND MANY ANIMALS.

ROBERT’S BIOGRAPHY: ROBERT BOGUE HAS A DRIVING PASSION FOR DELIVERING SOLUTIONS THROUGH BOTH TEACHING AND LEARNING. HIS DRIVE FOR RESOLVING PROBLEMS IS FUELED BY HIS CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION TO FIND SOLUTIONS THAT OTHERS CANNOT. A BUSINESS OWNER AND COMMUNITY LEADER FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND 18-TIME MICROSOFT MVP, HE HAS AUTHORED 28 BOOKS AND EDITED OVER 100 ADDITIONAL BOOKS. SHE IS HEAVILY INVOLVED IN DISASTER PREPAREDNESS ACTIVITIES AT THE HOSPITAL, DISTRICT, AND STATE LEVELS AND IS PASSIONATE ABOUT IMPROVING DISASTER PREPAREDNESS IN THE COMMUNITY, SPECIFICALLY WITH REGARDS TO MASS CASUALTY PLANNING AT THE HOSPITAL LEVEL AND WITH REGARDS TO PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.

DR. WEAVER IS AN ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF CLINICAL EMERGENCY MEDICINE AT THE INDIANA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND PRACTICES EMERGENCY MEDICINE AT METHODIST HOSPITAL IN INDIANAPOLIS. SHE IS BOARD CERTIFIED IN BOTH EMERGENCY MEDICINE AND HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE MEDICINE.
SHE EARNED HER UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN BIOLOGY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY AND GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE. SHE RECEIVED RESIDENCY TRAINING IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE AND FELLOWSHIP TRAINING IN HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE MEDICINE AT INDIANA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, AND SHE COMPLETED A FELLOWSHIP IN ETHICS AT THE CHARLES WARREN FAIRBANKS CENTER FOR MEDICAL ETHICS AT INDIANA UNIVERSITY HEALTH.

IN 2001, HE TOOK A FULL-TIME JOB AS AN EMT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY EMS. IN 2002 SCOTT MOVED TO INDIANAPOLIS POLICE DEPARTMENT AS A CIVILIAN EMPLOYEE. IN 2005, HE WAS HIRED AS A POLICE OFFICERS FOR THE INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCOOLS POLICE AND ATTENDED THE INDIANA LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY. HE ALSO SERVED AS A RESERVE DEPUTY FOR HAMILTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.
